Anorexic BMI Calculator
Understand adult BMI and why it cannot diagnose anorexia, assess an eating disorder or establish an underweight target.
Army Body Fat Calculator
Compare the 2026 Army waist-to-height threshold using recorded measurements, or explore the historical 2023 body-fat equation.
BMI Calculator
Calculate adult BMI or CDC BMI-for-age percentiles for ages 2 to under 20, with the screening limits of each method explained.
BMR Calculator
Estimate adult resting energy expenditure using the available equations, and convert food energy between kilocalories and kilojoules.
Body Fat Calculator
Estimate body-fat percentage using historical circumference equations or the age- and sex-adjusted BMI study model.
Calorie Calculator
Estimate adult daily maintenance calories from body measurements and activity assumptions, with food-energy unit conversion.
Calories Burned Calculator
Estimate activity calories using METs, selected Compendium activities or a distance-and-speed approximation, with gross and net energy shown.
Healthy Weight Calculator
Explore the adult BMI-based reference weight interval for a height, including the exclusive upper boundary and screening limitations.
Ideal Weight Calculator
Compare historical adult reference-weight equations or use CDC child BMI-for-age references without setting a personal target weight.
Lean Body Mass Calculator
Compare lean-mass estimates from entered body fat, Boer, James, Hume or the pediatric Peters method, with equation-specific limits.
One Rep Max Calculator
Estimate a one-repetition maximum from a submaximal lift using Epley, Brzycki and supported Lombardi comparisons.
Overweight Calculator
Explore adult BMI screening categories from height and weight, with clear limits on what the result can say about individual health.
Pace Calculator
Calculate pace, speed, time and distance, review cumulative splits, or project a finish from the average pace so far.
Target Heart Rate Calculator
Compare estimated maximum heart rates and target ranges, or use the talk test to check exercise intensity.
Interpreting fitness and body-measurement estimates
Choose the tool according to the measurement or estimate needed: BMI relates height to weight, energy models combine body inputs with activity assumptions, and pace tools relate time to distance. These methods do not provide the same information. Check measurement units and the selected equation before comparing values.
A reference estimate is different from a direct measurement or an individualized training plan. Activity settings and body-composition equations can produce different results under different assumptions. Use each page's explanation and limitations to understand what is included in the calculation.

TDEE Calculator Daily energy
Mifflin–St Jeor: BMR = 10w + 6.25h − 5a + s; s = 5 for male and −161 for female. TDEE = BMR × activity factor. How it works
Pace Calculator Find pace
Pace = time/distance; speed = distance/time. How it works
